Learn Hand Massage At Your Home In Easy Steps.

Apply moisturizer or hand and body lotion in the form of dots and spread it uniformly.
Massage with the help of thumb in clockwise and anti clockwise directions on the wrist bones for 3 times.

Massage with the help of thumb in clockwise and anti clockwise directions on the joints of phalanges and metaphalanges for 3 times.
Soothing step.

Massage all the fingers in soothing manner both clockwise and anti clockwise direction.
Soothing step.

Rub each finger.
Soothing step.

Massage in circular manner from above the fingers in circular manner.
Soothing step.

Same as the above step but only in between the fingers.
Soothing step.

Hold the little finger and give a jerking effect.

Massage with the help of thumb in circular manner on the upper side of the palm as well as on the palm.

Massage the elbows in circular manner with the help of palms.
Soothing step.

Bangle step- Hold hands in between your first finger and thumb forming a bangle and massage by moving it up and down.

Massage with fist in circular manner all over the hand.
Soothing step.

Tapping- Tap with fingers all over the hand.
Soothing step.

Wipe off the cream with cotton. Dont wash your hands for 24 hours.

Now Do Manicure And Pedicure In Easy Steps At Your Home.

Materials Used: Napkin,Camphor lotion, Acetone, Cuticle cream, Hydrogen Peroxide, Hand And Body Lotion, Hand Brush and Cotton.

Procedure:
Remove nail paint.

Give round or square shape to the nails as desired.

Take hot water in tub.Add 1 cap of dettol, herbal shampoo, hydrogen peroxide and mix well.

Put your hands in that tub. Leave it for few minutes.

Brush nails and hands to remove the dirt properly.

Remove the hands from the water and pat dry.

Apply cuticle cream on the nails. With the help of a pusher rub the nails and clean the corners as well as the sides. Cuticle cream removes dead cuticle.

With the help of the half moon instument, clean the sides.

With the help of cuticle cutter, clean the nails from inside.

Also remove the dead white skin from the corners of the nails.

Cover the arrow head of the arrow with a cotton. Add 2-3 drops of hydrogen peroxide and again clean the nails from all over.

Then finally apply hand and body lotion and massage your hands.
